Remove Cigarette Lighter From Focus
To L @ s @ s @ s That Idiot Cirtican Pudranse Britney Spears!
This is called a facebook page of which at least one of my contacts has become a fan.
I think it is good time to review and clean up my contacts on Facebook.
I tell them that my phone died on Saturday. It was a Motorola model very austere, very basic camera and FM radio only works with headset connected. The camera I used it recently, the radio ever. The problem with the phone is that it stopped charging. I went to an authorized Motorola and they said it took 2 days to make the diagnosis and if possible will require another 2 days to fix. The chistesito out at 250 pesos. I talked to Movistar
to try to negotiate a contract extension. I attended a very nice but the options presented to me were not to my liking. Basically came down to get a free phone for more chafones in a couple of days to pay between $ 1.000 and $ 5.000 pesos for a decent team, and just wait a couple of days to receive.
ended up buying a prepaid for $ 380. It was not in the list of they offered me free. Still, very basic. Make and receive calls and text messages. It has an alarm clock. And now. It has no camera or games.
Cell phones are one of the things that I see no sense to spend. I'm happy for people who bring your iPhone, your nextel Pininfarina, etc. But personally I think a waste of money. I guess because the main use I give the cell is as an alarm to wake up. The second dispute it check the time / date and the calculator.
The weekend was tiring. Much of the doctoral work. On Saturday night I took a trip to a party and hang out with friends who already had a couple of months without seeing. Around the 2 or 3 am, with over a couple of drinks I tried to explain to several people the subject of my presentation for the class of strategy, an extension to the exploration and exploitation model of organizational learning developed by James March, adding and dividing interpersonal learning and tacit knowledge into explicit. Needless to say I think it was hard to find someone willing to listen to my explanation, but believe it or not, I succeeded. I received so much attention on what and how effective was my explanation does not know what to say.
On Saturday morning I had my first Japanese class 3. Again the teacher last semester, Yoko Akiyama. Of the 9 that we were in the Japanese group 2 continued 4. The rest are enrolled at another time. We are about 10 in the group. Is a doctoral student in Educational Innovation and two high school students. In this class I left convinced that the people studying Japanese is strange. Or perhaps I should say "we."
In the increasingly common theme of bad movies with good actors, so I was watching HBO one called "Devil's Diary." The story is basically a copy of Death Note, Japanese anime I mentioned in a couple of occasions. Preparatorianos adolescents found a notebook and writing to discover that she can make anyone die. They start to fight including the book and several of them die in the process. The end was not I can count, I got bored and turned off the TV.
I could not find the official trailer for the film but I leave this apparently is fanmade.

movie when I flung:
As in the case of I Love You Beth Cooper , leisure time was badly wasted.
Finally I share a video that has not stopped me laugh.

Apalachen Trail Knives
.
This semester is shaping up as the heaviest I've ever had, counting the two I have in my PhD and I did nine professional. Wear
normal load, four subjects. However, for reasons of fate combined me this semester the four heaviest of the first two years. The only consolation I have is that if all goes well (and better be), next semester should be extremely quiet.
Already in the last post I did a brief description of the requirements of my course and I would not repeat. What
not comment at this time and that definitely complicates matters is the combination of my academic obligations as a student with whom I have as a research assistant and my (dwindling) social life.
And at least I see it as follows. We all have hobbies, hobby, ways to distract, etc. Some people go to the cave, others go to the movies, read, see TV, spend hours on facebook, twitter, read blogs, write blogs, go to the gym, play soccer, go to the coffee, get together at friends' houses, have lunecitos, martesitos, miercolítos, etc.
My problem is I do a bit of everything, except as playing football.
And just where the problem starts. Combining four subjects (of duty) of the doctoral work of the department of research, miercolítos with race, the occasional out to dinner or to the antrum, House and Law and Order on Universal Channel, the occasional movie at the cinema or DVD, facebook, twitter, blog, some exercise, visit family, the occasional drawn, reading, and of course spending time talking to my girlfriend who is studying in Canada.
The sad conclusion is that my free time has been reduced and now I have to make calculations as "going to the movies or sleep?" "I see this group of friends or another?" And that's the way they forecast that the very stunted social life I've been in the last year will suffer even more.
To my friends who read this and that in itself I see little that I apologize and I will see even less likely.
In a case with a less sad today made my day the girl that served in a stationery store at which I was. I went to buy
a couple of things I needed a notebook for the class of Japanese, tiptoe to pen and staples. Since I had these things I remembered that my TI-89 died last semester and I need a calculator for my classes and Finance Statistics 2. To finance any calculator I use statistics cereal but it is optimal to have a resolve matrices. I saw a couple of calculators at decent prices and tell the lady who was attending.
Me: Hi, can you show me these calculators?
She: Sure, what?
I: The Casio and Panasonic.
Her: What you need, high school or college?
(laughter from the other workers)
Me: To graduate.
She: What kind is it?
I: Multivariate Statistics.
(stares at me, more laughter from the other workers)
Me: I need to solve matrices.
She: No, then they will not help you, I recommend you go a. ..
And I recommended a place where you probably get more advanced calculators.
already talked to my girlfriend that we begin to wonder what happened to the girl's mind: Did I'm studying high school? "I went to buy a calculator for any brother or nephew? or the worst "I have children in school?
Just thought it was just not a lot and said the first thing he came, anyway, was a funny moment.
Finally, I tell them that this week saw one of the worst movies I've seen in my life. And look I've seen bad movies. I speak of I Love You Beth Cooper .
If I have not seen the trailer to explain why I decided to see the movie.
directed
And Chris Columbus (Harry Potter 1 and 2, Home Alone 1 and 2).
But no. The movie is garbage. You do not have a single funny moment. Even what may seem funny in the trailer is not in the context of the film. View it was a boring experience and take it from someone who sometimes watches movies only to see the protagonist. In that case even for this reason it is worth.
All this made worse by the new scarcity of my free time.
And to finish the post with a brighter note, I leave you with Adriansito (the most beautiful child).

Yellow Blue Jack Dempsey
Thus, social and legal categories did not allow for many nuances members of society were "national" and "foreigners" were seen as subjects interacted only with the power of the state of a marginal or casual. In this basic scheme, half measures do not fit, or are "national", or you're not and if you're not, then it basically means that you interact with a different state.
Although these categories in 1978 had been already old, were the only ones that were in the collective imagination available to the English Constitution. Indeed, the nationalist ideology and the old category and nationality still remain a very important role in other northern European countries, but these countries have had the opportunity to assimilate in their legal tradition going back to immigration to World War II with workers from the former colonies of Mediterranean Europe. In 1978, the English were concerned about immigrants, not immigrants. It should be noted that for us, a "foreigner" is someone who has no nationality is English, while an "immigrant" is someone who is moving from another country with the intention to work and reside in Spain. I imagine that this time no one thought that the relationship of "foreigners" with the English or English society would significantly beyond casual contact, marginal, sporadic or exceptional. The "stranger" was not actually a "member of society", but rather the tourists who came in summer to seek sun and sand and scandalized the old guard with its liberal traditions, perhaps some eccentric master of business who came for work temporarily and then return to their country or, at most, the typical European bohemian artist in the purest Robert Graves style, that after all I wanted was to live his quiet hippie life, at your leisure and find inspiration in that I do not know that I know who has the bull skin for the tourists. Who would have thought that this country virtually undeveloped at that time were to have a labor market that exert such a powerful attraction for foreigners?
In this context, article 13 of the Constitution merely says that aliens have constitutional rights to say the treaties and laws and "dot ball." Well, that and that as a general rule can not vote in elections or stand as candidates. A first reading of this article could lead us to believe that the granting of constitutional rights to "aliens" is a purely arbitrary, that laws and treaties have an unlimited scope to determine the list of rights of those without English nationality. Moreover, such is the carelessness of the English Constitution the question of nationality (then its identification seemed a particularly problematic), which, contrary to what other constitutions, does not provide the most minimal definition or regulation of this institution in this way also at first glance it might seem that the laws are free to establish who are English and who are not. The result of the combination of these two readings is hasty, of course, absurd, given that it would suffice to define the national legislature at his discretion to restrict or eliminate the constitutional rights (which is not so foreign to the actual practice construction of "nation", historically represented by men white owners). What if he says that only English who descend from four generations of people born in Spain and that only the white skin? For in that case we would find discriminatory definitions of nationality, but that classification as discriminatory has no effect if we have understood that the prohibition of discrimination applies only to the English, unless the law says otherwise: " The English are equal before the law without any discrimination on grounds of birth, race, sex, religion, opinion, or any other condition or personal or social circumstance . " O For example, it could go to the strange conclusion that foreign women be discriminated against on grounds of sex in Spain if the law does not expressly preclude.
The first reading was, therefore, inappropriate from the beginning. Moreover, although no one could expect, the truth is that, slowly, Spain itself was beginning to attract foreign "immigrants." This contradiction had to be addressed by the Constitutional Court in a very early date. In its rulings establishing the famous tripartite classification of constitutional rights, which has survived to this day thanks to the inertia classical jurisprudence: there are rights inherent to human dignity belong equally to English and foreign rights in any case can be granted to foreigners (only refers to voting in the terms set forth in art. 23 EC) and rights which may or may not correspond to foreigners under the terms in treaties and laws.
If we analyze this case from a sociological point of view than legal, we can conclude that the doctrine of the TC met in this case, two functions. First, facing the above mentioned contradiction: while the English legislature is mandated to define citizenship and to develop the content of the rights of "foreigners", the task has limits, as some constitutional rights "are inherent to human dignity." Second, it provides solutions (apparent) to the contradiction in this case between the "ideal" and "structural requirements" , but from a universal value of human dignity could dream of a world of equals, without borders or nationally based legal distinctions in the exercise of rights, there are structural pressures of the social system that prevent the absolute realization of this utopia, in this way, when the TC considers that a right is very important and is acceptable by society, will determine that inherent human dignity, while that if a right is considered less essential as is required by limited social needs, establish that it is not and it was granted to foreigners will depend on the decision of the legislature.
From this perspective, the classification is very clever, as it meets these social functions properly. However, from a theoretical point of view is a very weak classification. For this reason, it is impossible to apply consistently and TC has not done before. If you look closely, we discover right away that this classification has never truly served to structure, joint or casuistic decision set Tribunal. In this context, it has served more (surely unwittingly) as a smoke screen that provides a semblance of motivation to the decision taken in each case. Inertia jurisprudential and social functionality of this smokescreen, the tripartite classification of rights is repeated over and over in sentences, but in reality does not apply . Fortunately, because, due to its theoretical weakness, not allowed to build appropriate solutions. Try to prove those matters in the next inning.

How Much Do Bridesmaid Bouquets Cost
The academic load for this period:
-
- Strategy Advanced Research Methods (Statistics 2)
- Systems Theory
- Financial Reporting and Decision Making (Finance)
Four subjects are distinguished by being heavy. To give a better idea for the kind of strategy I have to read 2 books, prepare a presentation on a chapter of the first and work to update a second investigation. Choose a third book and an analysis of its contents, and make a final. Statistics
2 is just 1 book, weekly assignments, 2 midterms, 1 final exam and a final.
ToSystems Theory, 3 textbooks and several papers. Final paper and final exam on the contents of books and papers to read.
And finally, Finance, 2 textbooks and a manual with presentations and exercises. Weekly assignments, midterm exam, final exam, final paper and presentation of the meter to a partnership of Nuevo Leon. And
is missing, add the Japanese 3, the work in the department of Research and by 15 February, the final work of my kind of social network analysis.
So if the blog is updated frequently stops the Unfinished, there are right.
In other business, I spent Christmas and New Year in an extremely familiar. We spent several days in Orlando, I owe my picture with Mickey Mouse because I have not gone from the camera to the computer. We had gone a couple of years ago in summer, this time there was a lot more people, causing the rows were longer. The worst that I got was two hours to a rollercoaster that did not last 2 minutes. And as it was the best game in the park in question did it twice, but the second it took just over an hour.
hope I do not have to go back to Disney World / Universal Studios in many years. It's a good experience but I think I had enough. Touch me and take my children when they have.
Avatar Last week I saw and Holmes. I much prefer the latter. Avatar made me regular. Science fiction is not my thing. Nor roll of being one with nature, etc, etc. I do not understand people who get depressed after watching the film because they know they will never know the Vi Na or live in Pandora. To know what they spoke only find "avatar" and "depression" in google. Here I leave an example.
As I said, Holmes is more my kind of movie. I'm a fan of the films of Robert Downey Jr., Guy Ritchie would be an exaggeration to say the same thing, but I definitely like his style. And this movie was definitely confirmed that I am fans of Rachel McAdams.

Uhaul Cargo Van And Bed?
year and inevitably changed in the middle of the gargantuan excesses, reappear good intentions "to resume a lazy indoor theme blog? And one wonders, so soon, if we have good intentions in the field of migration. If you have ideas to share and implement. Everyone who tries to participate, even modestly, in the ongoing process by which society is transformed to itself, has to stop occasionally to find opportunities for analysis and reflection if you want your speech to be truly effective. Otherwise, the daily devours us and we are conducting a series of mechanical activities whose meaning is not discovered or dodging the blows of daily life without really knowing where they come from. We just brew a new reform of the Aliens Act, and the truth, I believe that despite the goals, we have a good defense, as far as we can. Not only have criticized certain aspects of the reform, which itself is already very good. We have also raised new issues, problems arising from specific applications that we had been finding, and we wanted it to be resolved along the lines of the regulatory changes. However, all these interesting ideas have been drawn on a general model of migration management that we never have time to question or challenge seriously.
And what is that model? In my opinion, at this point in the film is already clear that the model is that there is no legal model. During these years that a significant number of foreigners has been settling in Spain, the immigration law and regulatory policy development have changed continuously and constantly, some of its provisions were declared unconstitutional or illegal administrative practices has been erratic, inconsistent, highly variable and dependent on the conjuncture of time and place. The feeling that all this gives us is chaos and perpetual motion. When I started studying these issues, I attributed this lack to the speed with which our country issuer had become migrants in receiving immigrants. Unlike other developed countries, which have a more clear and robust, Spain "did not know yet what I wanted." In full year 2010, this excuse does not seem credible. Now I think we can discern the general pattern that has remained stable at the bottom of the apparent chaotic motion ( "If we want everything to stay as it is, it is necessary that everything changes" ).
From a structural perspective, migration to Spain is not a phenomenon caused by individual decisions according to the classical liberal framework, but a global process of mobilization work force (I can not stop now to argue this point.) The general scheme by which this mobilization occurs in the labor force may now be perceived with some clarity and has nothing to do with the idealized approach to poetically express our laws and public speeches. I can not dwell on this issue today, but as a synthesis could say that the real model is based on a derogation from the rules and inserted in this system, the standards are no longer "innocent" and eventually become functional for their own failure. In this context, the authorities do not have hardly any control over what happens in practice and subsequent reforms of immigration law remain on three basic objectives: a) seek to influence indirectly in a process that can not handle (well, trying to influence the labor market through the reunification), b) throw symbolic messages the electorate (always composed of English) and c) try to put patches to address the devastating social consequences of the real process. The social and economic failures of this model are very large, so it is worth asking how far we can go changing this way of doing things.
At first glance, it might be argued that the current economic situation is not very appropriate to reflect on possible new methods of recruitment of foreign labor. Nothing is further from the truth. Although it seems that finally we have become fully aware that the English economic growth model is "bread for today, hunger tomorrow, it seems unlikely that this pattern will change substantially in the medium term, more efforts are needed in this area . So when you resubmit the crisis, it is likely that our job market again exert a powerful attraction for foreign labor force. If by then we have not thought about how to harness that power of attraction of a proper and humane manner, we will meet again with the same problem. So the "lean" is a good time to make plans or future strategies Another important issue, no doubt what will be the "hot topic" in the future, is the integration of the workforce in terms drawn segregated (the "management of diversity of origin").
designing these strategies, we should not be afraid to utopias. Shurz As Carl said, " Ideals are like stars . You can not touch them with your hands, but like the seafaring man on the ocean desert of waters, you choose them as a guide and follow them, you reach your destination" . Dreaming is free and the dreams of today are the seeds of the realities of morning. Of course, the utopias never done the exact manner in which they had imagined, but rather drive the transformation of society to a point that will need raising new questions and new projects. In any case, it is good to open our mind, our imagination has no limits and not give anything at all for granted or fixed, because the world can change beyond the ear of the time (well, for example, Aristotle thought the subjugation of women and slavery were natural law institutions could and should be changed).
But staying only in utopias is clearly inadequate. When live in the ideas and not in reality, they become "ideology" in the bad sense of the word, that is, imaginary worlds or heavenly realms on which we project our anxieties for the real world follow in the same state tortured us. Those who claim to be faithful to the purity of preconceived ideals end up not doing anything useful for real people is the same purity of the anchorite who rejects the world (today we call "the system") and pretend to live in an imaginary world which is not stained with the mud of the Devil is real life, however, who lives in the world and participates in it, engaged in processing, inevitably and sprinkle stain with their "imperfections." Because reality is not in the ideals that guide us, but the world itself. In the field of migration, as in other fields, there is a structural reality that leads, by itself, some damage to human dignity, in this context, any realistic proposal that is made will be imperfect and may be criticized by the apostles hieratic of utopia. However, if we do not make imperfect and contaminated actions of imperfection, we can never follow the path marked by the star of our ideals.
for influencing the social reality we must be humble enough to admit his complexity. We face a very complex system, in which none of the players have full control over the situation. There are people, groups and networks more powerful and influential than others, of course, but there is no Judeo-Masonic conspiracy to mark accurately the steps of history. And if even the most powerful have full control of the case, what can be said of the weak. Thus, our particular pursuit of the star can be no foolproof five-year plan, doomed to failure. Edgar Morin, philosopher of complexity, distinguishes between plan and strategy . A plan is a future path so fixed, are met or not met, whereas a strategy is a scheme much more flexible, taking into account the movements of other players and is situated in a particular context something like the directions given by the football coach his team. "Human beings protagonist of the story, but it is under conditions chosen by him, but others that were inherited from the past ." We are in a privileged moment to think about new strategies for integrating a process sometimes stark and brutal mobilization of the workforce. Participate
very very modestly in the design of these strategies could be the main New Year's resolution of this blog is not dead, though he likes to stick good naps. Of course, for that you may have to get a bit behind in the analysis of the situation. Maybe I was not going to happen good proposals for the future but I have hope that what I write, or criticism to be made to what I write to inspire others more imaginative.
Of course, so far in the next posts I will introduce myself in a matter that is ancillary to the main problem, although you could serve something. They are proposing a new theoretical approach to contemplate the rights of migrants. I'm working on it lately, but I'll write it here in less technical language. Until then, happy year patient readers who follow this blog after searching through months of inactivity.
