About Kirsten Dunst

About Doctoral there is little to say. There continues. Every bit as heavy.

On the weekend, there is much talk but this measure is not appropriate. I was in two celebrations, one double. I have no photos none. No mood to party. Anyway, I had a good time. One could see friends with whom I had no time to spend time. On the other could see the family, and that's always good.

What motivated me to write about today was something else.

Kirsten Dunst.

I am fan of Kirsten Dunst since 2000, when by accident I stumbled on Bring it on.

Kirsten Dunst, Eliza Dushku and other women dressed as cheerleaders brincoteando. Why not? I saw her a couple of months ago and discovered that the dialogues seemed stupid and boring movie. anyway, at the time I liked and I saw quite a few times.

Anyway, from that time I undertook the task of looking for Kirsten Dunst movie.

And I saw was so Get over it, Crazy / Beautiful, The Virgin Suicides, Dick, Drop Dead Gorgeous, Wimbledon, Elizabethtown, Mona Lisa Smile, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Marie Antoinette and the three Spider-Man . I discovered also that was the apple of Jumanji, Small Soldiers, Little Women and Interview with the Vampire.

His films generally tend toward evil. I think there are few that would encourage me to see again. I'd rather stay with the impression that I liked when I saw them at the time.

From Spider Man movies, I started to lose track. Not if the hair was red or that became widely known. The point is that the fact that Kirsten Dunst will star was no longer a reason for me to see a movie.

And today, surfing twitter while doing homework, I came across the following:

I
fans. Again.

I have heard that YouTube is committed to remove the video for copyright issues so I let a couple of pictures too.

Anasol Vs Preperation H

Observer stylists, Maria Daniela Sonido Lasser and, new of Bunbury and some not so new Weezer. About

harder Every time I write here not complain about how heavy it is my half. I guess it is simply something in my head important part of the time.

And so begins the classic and informative section on the doctorate.

already passed first partial. I just had a delivery problem definition to the final draft of Systems Theory. I took off C. And no, I do not know why the teacher called us with letters, not numbers. I do not know which is the equivalent of C in numerical scale, but certainly not good. So, I have to rework, rethink the problem then. And it's costing me enough effort. This issue of " systems thinking" is not mine. But not talking, no more than adapt and get the job. In case you were wondering, the project's theme is "Alternatives to Gross Domestic Product." I picked at the suggestion of the teacher, who often refers to me as "the economist." Now I'm wondering if it was a good decision.

Today I had a meeting of the research chair in which collaborate. One of the research for this semester is in fact "Alternatives to the GDP." That was the second factor that influenced my decision to take that topic. I knew that a couple of weeks my advisor in the class and my teacher systems theory had a talk on the subject. The conclusion of the meeting was something like that I was glad he had chosen that topic, however this was an academic obligation and is expected to produce additional material for the research chair. I can not say it was to my liking, but there is nothing to do with it. Will have to work to produce this additional material.

handed in my final paper for my social networking class. I can not share due to the confidentiality of data. Would have to make enough adjustments to erase all trace of the identity of the analyzed company, which I have no intention of doing. I talk to them the theme is collaboration practices. I did it from the data collected for a research project of the chair. Basically it is an analysis of centrality between individuals working in different departments and countries. I wanted to do a deeper analysis but urged the delivery date and no time to do more. This work also MEANS the first night without sleep (for academic reasons) of the semester.

I think that sums up the recent activity of the doctorate.

Those who are used to read me and know that I'm always dissatisfied with my haircuts. This time was no exception, although the problem was another. As usual, when asked "How do you cut it, young man?" Replied the now usual "short, all even, which is not longer or shorter front back." Now the problem is that I spoke too seriously.

No way, and grow. The only problem is that this week I have a couple of parties and my haircut will be captured for posterity in the photos of facebook. Instead, I must admit that it is extremely practical. Today I slept a couple hours in the afternoon, I woke up to go to another meeting and I did not pay any attention to my hair.

also some moments I tell interesting conversation with the lady who cut my hair.

She: Do you worry a lot, right?
I: Yes, something. How do you know? She
: For your gray, you have many.
Me: Yes, I'm from families of low and very gray hair.

Ok, that's not so interesting, the best came minutes later.

Ella: And you get so mad when things do not go as planned, right?
Me: (thinking, "Oh you bastard!") This ... yes. So how did you know that?
She: eddies, have many and this (the middle) as you turn right.
Me: ... She
: Your friends should have you patience, right?
Me: Yes, I think so.

lacked only say something like "And you're half malacopa, right?"

grace fell on my end, when I said the difference between cutting hair with scissors and machine is that when you snip the hair grows twice as fast. A scientific foundation: cutting with scissors is warmer. Not to be referred. Neither wanted to find out.

output last week: Maria Daniela Sonido Lasser and the Ibex Rock Bar Good show, bad place. Non-smoking and serve you beer in disposable cup. I guess they are afraid that customers cling to bottles at. Originally, the concert ended with a bad taste in my mouth. Did not sing "She's Not There" despite the public began to ask since the mid-concert. In my case, it counteracts with the following:

Maria Daniela herself and a server. I owe my concert photos, I forgot my camera. Found on Youtube, here is a performance of "Fear", recorded by a spectator who had a better place than I am.

Impressive power woman. So it went throughout the concert, jumping from side to side. And it's no young girl.

Of my hobbies

tell them that I have forgotten a lot like drawing, reading and watching movies. The three activities have been severely reduced by lack of time. I could not do a single drawing since December. I could not keep with the book that started in January let, The Subtle Knife, the second book of the trilogy His Dark Materials, which belongs to The Golden Compass. And the movies I see have been mainly limited to fragments of what's on HBO or Cinema Golden Choice when I sleep.

I leave you with two videos.

Face to face, the first single from the new album by Enrique Bunbury.

And a video I've seen many times this week (I got so nostalgic, I guess), Perfect Situation, Weezer.

'm more fans of Elisha Cuthbert Weezer, but I think that surprised anyone.

3 Year Old Party Invitation Wording

FRAMEWORK FOR THE RIGHTS OF ALIENS (II): I SEE DEAD SOMETIMES A NEW

We were talking about the famous theory "tripartite" the rights of foreigners who once built the Constitutional Court is now repeated as an indisputable truism in all judicial decisions and the articles of scientific doctrine: 1) inherent rights to human dignity enjoyed "as is" English and foreign, 2) rights that do not belong at all to foreigners and 3) rights that belong to foreigners to the extent that be recognized by the treaties and laws. He said that, whatever one thinks on the specific solutions provided by the Court, this theoretical framework is very weak and has never been applied in a minimally coherent. This classification serves to create a semblance of motivation casuistic decisions with which the court tries to find a balance between the ideal of the community of peers and the requirements of the social structure. And then repeated again and again out of sheer inertia. But it has not really helped to shape those decisions. Of course, I'm not saying that judges promote this illusion of conscious way. The lawyers are trained to effectively build differentiated illusory worlds of practical reality and we do not blink and spontaneously if necessary. tripartite classification is dead, but does not know . Then try to argue this.

For a moment let's forget the block 2), which refers only to rights to political participation, a matter that deserves special treatment in this blog, but where the Constitution, in principle, it is quite clear. Severe problems arise in distinguishing the difference between 1) and 3) and are basically two: first, it confuses the ownership of rights to equal treatment (pretending that the first group can not be allowed any grading and the third is valid in any arbitrariness of the legislator), on the other hand, not set or the smallest parameter guidance to place a right in the first group or the third, which is totally at the discretion of the Court. Both defects prevent theoretical approach the contemplation of the legal problem to be solved and, together, produce a result inconsistent.

What constitutional rights are inherent to human dignity? For, as is quite clear in the constitutional doctrine and recognizes the Constitutional Court, ALL constitutional rights derive from human dignity . In this context, when the Court wishes to place certain rights in the first group used as an argument for inclusion in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, but when you put them in the third group (as with the right to work, health care and other social protection rights), forget mentioned that are also included in the Declaration, which is not the slightest reference. Thus, the inclusion in the Declaration is not a valid argument to determine the degree of protection but is merely a smokescreen to justify a thing when it is convenient and it's forever when it is not.

In the first statement on which the classification established TC Tripartite, made a number of examples from which we could deduce more consistent parameters. The rights inherent to human dignity coincide with a series of universal human interests, common to all places, times and cultural contexts and to some extent independent of the structure of each society. For example, in general terms "everyone" has an interest in respect for his life, physical integrity or freedom of ideology. However, one can not say that hunter-gatherers of prehistoric societies have been particularly interested in the "paid vacation, social security benefits or an ordinary judge predetermined by law, rights which make sense only in certain societies and ultimately operate as instruments of those other interests most basic and immediately attached to the human being without the mediation of the society.

Although it had been a criterion for distinguishing more or less solid in the abstract, it would have been completely ineffective in connection with the practical realities. On the one hand, because even these basic interests, to become "rights" enforceable, involve a number of limitations (no right is unlimited) and they may have to do with a foreigner, on the other hand, because being human can not be conceived outside the mediation of the society in which they live, so that in the real world, the most basic interests are meaningless without instrumental rights that guarantee them.

An example of the former. Few rights are more immediate and basic freedom of movement, the interest we must go where we please. However, state power structures impede the free flow of people across the "borders" and if someone accesses the territory illegally, can be "arrested" and locked for a specified time-ideally, until he comes out at "materially the territory. Today, these limits appear to requirements "Indispensable" needed for structural reasons and therefore, the TC supports them, with the odd ball story. So when the TC said that the rights of the first group "should be granted equally to English and foreign" is not exactly telling the truth.

An example of the latter. Few rights are more dependent on instrumental and social settings that the "effective remedy", in other societies may have functional equivalents, but as such, an effective remedy can only be predicated of societies in which there is some kind of judicial power . But if not recognized an effective remedy, then, generally speaking there is no other "rights", including those that were supposedly inherent human dignity, since they can not be exercised. Another example: Suppose that in the context of a capitalist society radically prohibit a legislator to all aliens the right to work, free enterprise, access to social security benefits and health care. How they would survive then? How do you ensure their right to life and limb, supposedly inherent human dignity? We here the extreme case to mean that indeed the discretion of the legislature placed the rights-without exposing any reason-in the "third group" can not be all. Thus, the TC has had to acknowledge that they belong to the first group a handful of rights that does not really correspond strictly to basic human interests: education, effective legal protection, legal aid, association ... Once

notes, therefore, the usefulness of this criterion of distinction, the TC holds times literal reading of the Constitution to examine whether the article refers to the "English" or, by contrast, speaks "all" or use any impersonal expression. This may be a clue clearer, though not conclusive, and the right of movement is predicated literally of the English but the case is considered inherent human dignity of foreigners henever s are authorized to reside in Spain (note the nuance, when he had pretended that the rights of the first group admitted no shades), or, if the right equality refers to the English, it is considered that the prohibition of discrimination also applies to foreigners, as one would expect. It remains unclear what the relationship of this literal interpretation to the tripartite classification, because, sometimes used as an argument to include among the inherent right to human dignity (along with the plot, and criticized as such, inclusion in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and other multilateral treaties). Other times, however, is granted ownership of the right, but we prefer not to even mention human dignity: that is the case with the right to organize and strike. "The right of association is inherent to human dignity but to organize it? Why?

Moreover, although the tripartite classification explicitly involved in the inherent rights of human dignity had no qualifications for foreigners, this doctrine is modified. We have seen the peculiarities in terms of freedom of movement. But he also believes that support the rights of assembly qualifications, expression, and association (which are linked to human dignity) and syndication (which does not seem to be linked). In contrast, no nuances allowed the right to effective judicial protection, education or the strike. No down what are the parameters for deciding that some refinements and other rights can not. The chaos of the theoretical apparatus used has reached its conclusion with the sentence 236/2007, which declared certain provisions of the Aliens Act "unconstitutional, but not zero" in a singular pursuit of trapeze whose only apparent purpose was to indicate some rights that the legislature could introduce qualifications for foreigners, but causing a huge contradiction, happily overcome by the last legislative reform. In any case, do not really know why I needed such qualifications organize and strike.

The only trend that could vaguely infer what the Constitutional Court does, not what he says, is that the fundamental rights of the maximum protection zone are always inherent human dignity, while the rights and freedoms less protected area or the guiding principles of social and economic policy are in the third group. Is education as a benefit is more important than health as a benefit? But this still does not solve real problems what are the qualifications possible in the first group? Does the legislature free to do whatever he wants with the rights of foreigners in the third group? To the second question we must answer no. It is clear that a radically racist law that denied aliens the right to property, the right to work or the right to any social protection would be unconstitutional. In fact, the European Court of Human Rights has declared contrary to the European Convention on Human Rights a much more light : Austrian nationality requirement for enjoying the advancement of a contributory benefit for a Turkish citizen who had lived and worked legally in Austria.

Thus, we must throw away the tripartite classification of rights, absolutely irrelevant, that does not solve any problem and that prevents us from seeing things properly to solve the problems that may arise. That does not mean you have to throw away the contents of the Constitutional Court's jurisprudence. This is broadly appropriate solutions, which fortunately have always been unfaithful to the terms of his classification. Just have to get some new glasses to see the theoretical issue of the constitutional rights of aliens. To understand the decisions of the past and to build future resolutions. Try propose something more constructive, therefore, in the next post.

What Causes Pink Tinged Cm In Pregnancy?

crude philosophical friendship, Alexis Bledel in Post Grad and the ballad of GI JOE.

I bring a lot of things on his mind. Try to sort though surely end up leaving something out. Do not be surprised if this post has even less internal consistency than usual. Have been warned.

if they do not pass but my raw Sunday from metaphysics half I get to get philosophical. For anything that I see / read / listen I start to wander. And I show you an example (check the red box):

twitter Gerson
The overseer, @ tlalocman . Shoulder in the box the twit "I wish I had a band-to, but not see the Amerinaco; together to see films in a house to play rockband or social gathering." I saw it and thought something like MOTHERS! That must be the saddest statement I've read on Twitter. Basically it is the equivalent of saying "I have friends." Separate matter also thought MOTHERS! Who uses the word "talking shop"?

And the truth
is that not surprise me much. I do not know this but I have to Gerson for several weeks following it on Twitter and in general their twits are not what they call "uplifting." His blog is worse. No doubt you have more readers than me but really do not remember reading a blog more boring and depressing. So much so that makes me think "that must be ugly to be this dude."

And what do I do with it? I was wandering in the afternoon start thinking about my friends. And it's not for nothing but I can truly say I have good friends. Do not know if many or few but definitely good.

And is that the concept of friendship has always been problematic for me. My dad told me that my grandfather used to say he had a friend and killed him. He meant that he ran over a dog. I think overall friendship in my family is perceived in an unorthodox way. I know of groups of friends / friends of my brothers or my parents. Never hear talk of friends or having any meeting. I guess that is offset by the importance we give to the family.

I'm ranting. Returning to the topic I started, throughout my life I've changed my friends many times. I do not mean to make more friends. It is a "change" the strict sense of the word. Each time I made new friends lost all contact with the above. When I left primary school I went to see my friends from kindergarten. Upon entering high school I lost contact with the primary. Since I entered high school I saw a few classmates from high school. I started college, and ended my friendship with people from high school. It was thus from kindergarten until I studied my career. The exceptions would be the quasi-PHAT and Algeria, who usually referred to as "my friends from kindergarten," but that is a lie. The fat if it was a good friend of mine in kindergarten but I stopped watching when entering primary and went up to 9 years after we resumed our friendship. Algeria and I did even remember having been together in kindergarten, only what we know from photos and mutual friends.

for a couple of years that has changed. I guess I value my friendships. Now try not to neglect my friends and when I meet new people stopped frequenting the one I knew before. The problem now is that I have several (perhaps too many) groups of friends who do not know each other. But in both situations I'm sure I prefer this.

And I think there will leave you with this issue. Summarize in two sentences. Thanks to my friends for being there. That click must be be sad Gerson overseer.

In another matter. Yesterday I saw Post Grad on DVD. The traditional poster and trailer:

What I can tell? In the United States came out last summer. In Mexico I believe that neither came. 100% chick flick. I liked it. I recommend warning under the bias charge just for being a film of Alexis Bledel. Even if you've read the blog lately will know that the bad movies just for the players and I have not been working. Although again, that may not apply in the case of Alexis Bledel. I'll have to see The Good Guy and I'm Reed Fish and see such.

And I believe I will leave the post. There were more things to say but really I have to get to do a few tasks of the PhD.

I leave you with The Ballad of GI Joe. I do not know the story but check the cast: Alexis Bledel, Olivia Wilde, Julianne Moore, Vinnie Jones, Billy Crudup, Zach Galifianakis, and more.

The Ballad of GIJOE

Alexis Bledel
in what I can only assume is a premiere or a party for the premiere of Post Grad:

For Cynthia and Roger: Congratulations and best wishes.

Del A Ghetto Hair Cut

three years.

Completing this post took me almost nineteen days. What began Feb. 5 and I'm finishing in these early hours of twenty-four of the same month.

The intention of it: write to my girlfriend for our anniversary three years.

Three years have not been easy. Three years where we have both experienced things that have changed our lives. Three years we've been together through thick and thin. Sometimes having a good time, sometimes fighting, but always being there for each other.

And I think today we are both better people than when we met. And at least on my part, I'm sure I could not have achieved this change without her by my side. For that and much, thanks.

I love you.
