The Italian film is called "Scuse ma you chiamo amore", imdb.com translated as "Sorry if I love you" and the English translation of the novel on which the movie is based is called "Forgive me if I call you love ". My limited Italian makes me think that the translation is correct but the second also makes sense in the context of the film.

The story also reminded me of the movie "The Last Kiss" protagonizada por Zach Braff y Rachel Bilson, de la cual ya hablé por acá en alguna ocasión.
Si les interesa, la película la pueden encontrar para verla en internet. Yo la vi en el sitio de PelículasID y mientras buscaba el trailer vi que también pueden verla en Youtube. Creo que conseguir el DVD puede ser un poco más complicado ya que al menos por lo que vi en Amazon, no existe en región 1, y dudo mucho que se haya lanzado en región 4.
